  • How long does delivery take?

    We set a quick delivery date with you when you brief, and each revision round comes back on an agreed date too.

  • What file formats do you deliver?

    Hi-res JPG (sRGB, 300 dpi) plus web-optimized JPG and WebP. Files come named to a clean SEO convention.

  • Can I bring my own products or SKU images as reference?

    Yes. We accept product photos, fabric swatches, technical sketches, and Pinterest moodboards as brief inputs.

  • How many revisions do I get?

    Trial = 1 round · every Studio pack = 2 rounds. One round equals one feedback batch.

  • Do you keep my persona on file for future packs?

    Yes. Once a persona is briefed and approved, we keep it on file. One persona, multiple campaigns, consistent register across every drop.

  • Can I keep a model exclusive to my brand?

    Yes. Add the exclusive model option (+$300, one-time) to any pack at checkout and that model is cast for your brand alone — never used for another. Without it, our original models can appear across brands.

  • Can I use the images in paid advertising?

    Yes. Every image is cleared for commercial use including paid social, programmatic, OOH, and print.

  • What if I miss the brief turnaround?

    We hold the pack open for 30 days from purchase. Brief whenever you’re ready.

  • What is your refund policy?

    If we miss the delivery date we agreed with you, full refund. No questions.
